Artin Gholian is a partner of the Jordan Law Group and is a litigator specializing in business and real estate litigation.

Real Estate - Mr. Gholian currently handles, commercial lease disputes, real estate fraud lawsuits involving concealment and misrepresentations, partition actions and unlawful detainer actions representing landlords.  He also holds his California Real Estate Broker License and is uniquely equipped to handle real estate matters involving the purchase or sale of real property.  

Business Litigation - Mr. Gholian comes from a heavy litigation background.  At his prior law firm, Mr. Gholian was a civil litigator representing both individuals and class action representatives in Investor fraud actions, consumer fraud actions, predatory lending actions, construction defect and insurance bad faith actions. Now, Mr. Gholian focuses his practice on business litigation matters involving small to medium size businesses.  Mr. Gholian currently represents several small to medium size businesses with respect to their transactional business needs (i.e., contract drafting and construction; corporate/entity formation; website terms, conditions and privacy policies) and their litigation needs such as prosecuting and defending business torts and contract claims.  

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Gholian was an Internet professional working for one of the nation's top ISPs as a Sales and Workforce Management Analyst, where he built and managed integrated call center systems.

Mr. Gholian endeavors to achieve the result that is most favorable to his clients by aggressively but efficiently litigating those issues most relevant to success.
